Dad's friend has some time with my drugged sister(14)

Dads friend lives with us for a bit and in that time plans to make himself at home on his last day using my sister no matter what.

Some background information you should know is who my sister is. My parents divorced when we were both young, and custody for me and my sister, Kate, to my dad. I was always close to my dad, but my sister seemed distant from both of us after the divorce. We talked regularly but she and I didn't have the close relationship you hear about. We lived at an apartment complex that was in a dry area. We definitely only lived there for my dads work.

This “event” occurred when I was 17, and Kate was 15. Puberty had blossomed her body and she looked developing. She was about 5’1” at the time and had long dark hair. I would never say I'm attracted to her, but I will say I notice her curves developing, specifically her ass. It was an A-shaped ass and was quite hard not to look at.
I remember one day I came back from school and saw my dad hanging out with an old dude, Jared. From what I could tell he was around dad's age, maybe 5 years older, so 57ish. My dad congratulated him, but also seemed bummed out that his friend would be leaving. They planned to have a celebration that night, just 2 old friends hanging out, except one of the friends has 2 kids. They got beers and bought some Mexican food. They planned to have a hangout near the river right behind the apartment .The little party was fun, even Kate was hanging out with us and seemed to be having fun. She was in a white T and grey sweat pants, not anything revealing but Jared would still sneak peeks at her. It was a weekday, so we would have school tomorrow but my dad let me and Kate stay up late. It was about 11pm when Jared brought up the idea of letting me and Kate have a drink. It wasn't my first time illegally having a beer but it was definitely my sister's. She seemed reluctant at first, so Jared said he had an idea. He went back into the apartment with 3 bottles and came back out with drinks in cups with fruit and obviously the beer in it. I took a drink which probably pushed Kate to take one as well.
About 30 minutes passed and the 2 old heads were still talking. Kate on the other hand was becoming drowsy. Jared noticed this first and said he'd take her back to her room. He put her shoulder to him and guided Kate towards the apartment. I continued talking to my dad but peeked right as Jared and Kate were going inside and saw his hand cupping her right cheek and giving it a hard squeeze. This was when I knew he definitely drugged her otherwise she would have done something. 5 minutes later he came back and I excused myself to the bathroom. When I went inside I checked Kate's room and saw her in her bed. There was a blanket that only covered the bottom half of her. I went to Kate's side and moved her a bit. That was when I noticed she didn't have a bra on. I went to the other side of the bed and found the missing bra on the floor along with her underwear and sweat pants. Jared had removed them to prepare her. I took off the blanket and yep, she was nude on her bottom half. An imprint where Jared grabbed her ass shows slightly red on her tender skin. I noticed some condoms near Kate's nightstand and definitely knew now. After I was done with my investigation I made my way back outside and just sat down. I don't really mind what happens to Kate so when Jared said “he'd head to bed but we could stay out” I didn't object.
My dad and I stayed outside past midnight and cleaned up. For the whole time I was thinking about the thing happening in the apartment. I looked at my dad and thought about him not knowing his own unconscious teen daughter was getting railed and abused by his longtime friend 50 feet away. How Jared lusted after Kate for weeks on end and finally how it drove him crazy enough to do this. The next day Jared left with a smile and thanked us for everything. My dad told me and Kate to thank him as well for the company, so we did. His gaze on Kate was the same whenever he creeped on her and said “your welcome”.
When I took out the trash that day I found the 3 condoms. All used and they were the same ones on Kate's nightstand last night. All tied with a load in them, except for one that seemed to be emptied out.
